Love Jason's spirit & energy ! I was amazed by his knowledge as I thought I knew it all.
He gave me lots of tips how to keep my weight down, tips to change my eating habits and provided me with healthy choices that kept my energy up.

I see Jason every morning at the gym. Jason is not just very knowledgeable about health and nutrition, but one of the most enthusiastic and energetic person I've seen....you can tell when he is at the gym!. He is always exploring ways to improve himself, no only professionally, also physically, finding new ways to challenge his body and mind. He is always open to answer questions and educate others that need guidance toward a good nutrition and well being. I have attended couple of Jason's workshops which I've found them very informative and interesting.
