I had a great experience with Allan when he helped me with my shoulder and knee pain. Allan was very professional and came up with an easy to follow treatment plan for my shoulder and knee. I have seen physiotherapist in the past who only put me out of pain. Allan was the first to finally fix the problem and give me back my mobility in my shoulder and knee. I got physio for back, shoulder and neck pain. After giving birth to my second baby I noticed extreme pain from my body changing and the way I now have to carry my newborn and 1.5 year old. Sessions with Allen helped me immediately, he defined the root of my problem immediately, and we found exercises that gave me immediate relief. Allen is gentle and listens to what you need, what makes you feel better and always finds a way to tackle what's causing pain. The facility is clean,and the service is great.

After cooping with back pain for like 6 months, i was introduce to the clinic , and after 7 sessions i am back to normal sleep and stress/pain free days. After my 96 year old father came back from a week in the hospital from pneumonia he was in a wheelchair. Previously he had used a walker, but his arms and legs were too weak now. With the help of physio therapy from Allen, he is back to using his walker and in better condition then he was before he was sick. Besides his physical condition improving, his mental outlook is even better. He looks forward to his weekly physio sessions and is always smiling and happy when he is finished. Allen relates to my dad on his level and motivates him, even playing his favourite Big Band music. The improvement in my dad both physically and mentally has been incredible.
