(May 23, 2019, 7:46 pm)Was absolutely blown away but the customer service provided by Juan. We had a very minor problem and he came out for a free assessment. We only had an odor coming out of a main clean out which was missing some bolts. I'm sure he could have swung me into paying for the bolts, or a new plug, and his labor, but instead he gave me honest and truthful advice on how it could be fixed. His professionalism and attention to detail was great, and went out of his way to ensure i was educated on our problem. Will definitely call drain rescue again and ask for Juan if we ever run into any other serious issues.
