Physio In The Valley

Justin Zadow has been fantastic to work with. I went in with bad habits and a sore back. I left with the knowledge of how to strengthen my body correctly and live a better life. It didn't take long for Justin to point out what to improve on in order to live a pain free life. I would highly recommend Justin to anybody considering getting advise from a physio therapist.

Marcia is a great massage therapist. I suffered a back injury and she cut down my healing time from 3 months to a few weeks. I was able to do my exercises and stretching without pain afterwards and found myself able to actually return to my daily routines. I had daily migraines and now find myself having none; it’s a relief to not take Tylenol daily!
She is a very kind hearted individual and I appreciate everything she’s done for me. I will come back and make sure I have Marcia :)
