Most courses for work are pretty boring but I was actually excited to go back for day 2. Cecil did an excellent job teaching the course and he went above and beyond the main course. He went into more detail on each subject and I learned a lot more than I ever expected. He truly enjoys teaching and is a asset to this company.

Although the initial course outline states that the course is 9-5 both days the course instructors finished early both days. I have taken the course over the last 10 years (retakes every 3 years) and have been thoroughly impressed with heart 2 heart. Hands on learning and easy to follow instructions. Great work!
