2 years ago I called to get some assistance in ordering the shelving for our then new service van. I was treated so rude that we ended up ordering from the Barrie store instead.
Having purchased another service vehicle, we were in need of ordering more shelving. I was very hesitant to go back to the Collingwood branch but I wanted to give it another try.
To our surprise, with the change of ownership came the change of service. Matt was so great! He spent an hour with me to plan out the new layout and economize every inch of the service van.
