Canadian Tire

On Saturday I had an unexpected flat on my truck. I drove it over to Canadian Tire one minute before their service center closed. The gentleman I spoke to said he will look at it to see if anything can be done to repair it now even though they were closing. I drove it up, and him and another guy were ready to check it, again at closing. I ended up leaving the truck the overnight and they had the tire repaired the next morning. I wish I got both of their names because I want to note that they exceeded in their customer service skills! They were kind, ready and willing to help even though the shop was closed! I will be a repeat customer if anything happens again!!

Excellent, the gentleman who served me ( I didnt get his name ) was incredible. Knowledge, knew where everything was and actually gave me advice ( better than I was thinking ) on how to secure something down. He is a testament to the way you handle customers. Plus you can tell he actually cared. Amazing job Canadian Tire, Collingwood.

We found ourselves with a totally flat tire in their parking lot this afternoon, 10 minutes before closing. The guys in the shop stayed open late to fix it for us, and the cost was much less than I would have expected. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thanks again, we'll definitely be bringing our car here from now on.

Well I really like Canadian Tire but their supply of stuff has been beaten down by COVID..
