Recenty I had my Mercedes detailed and a little touch up work done. It wasn't quite up to their normal standards. After I paid my bill I asked Albert to have a quick look. His immediate response thats not right, our detailer is very good,he must have had a bad day. Let us order in the proper touch up paint and when it comes in I will come and pick up you car and leave mine and we will redo the job.
CUSTOMER SERVICE doesn't get better that that! Al Tulloch
