Great location. Minutes from food and shopping, close to the beach and mountain. Best value for the buck. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable , five stars.

I like to give a wonderful compliment to Kathy (Front Reception)...My Daughter is celebrating her 4th birthday and Kathy with such a warm welcome aswell as excellent customer service over the phone when we booked through her...Kathy went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday very special. Kathy got her cupcakes with birthday wishes out of her own expense...Which she really didn't need to do that, but it was such a heart warming gesture and made my Daughter just light up....Thank you for such a wonderful welcome at your hotel with excellent customer service from Kathy, Vicky, Mathew.

I stayed for here for one week on business. The room was clean, great cleaning of the room during the day. The front counter staff are fantastic, they were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Kathey, who works the front reception counter was fantastic to deal with, she presents customer service the way it should be done.

Great stay for me, will definitely stay there again when needed.

The room is very clean and the customer service was nice and patient. However the breakfast was not very good and the seating for breakfast was limiting. The washrooms were clean and the appliances all worked. However, the wall mounted air conditioning system was hard to figure out.

Did not have a reservation , so we walked in and were greeted by the nicest lady , ever. She had to finish a phone call and she was so friendly on her call that I had to compliment her on how exceptionally nice she was. Check in was so easy, price was awesome. Room was very, very clean and modern. Not sure why people complained about mustiness or anything like that , everything is fresh, modern, and new. Bed linens are very nice and the mattress very comfortable. Our room was clean, clean, clean!!! After a quiet nights sleep we had breakfast , which was included and is was quite good. We enjoyed waffles, fruit, yogurt with granola, toast, oj, coffee, hard boiled eggs... what more do you need? Would recommend and would return. Two thumbs up!
