Sounds like Healing

I would highly recommend Sounds Like Healing and Tiffany Heon in particular. My first sound therapy session was liberating. I went in skeptical and cautiously optimistic about it and afterwards I was amazed and incredibly impressed by the results. Tiffany helped long buried emotions come to the surface by masterfully applying her sound therapy techniques. I was able to finally confront some feelings that I had been avoiding for a few years. It helped me acknowledge and start to get past a trying time in my life. I have since visited for more sessions and I plan on going back on a regular basis.

I went in to my first sound therapy session with an open mind, not knowing what to expect. I was suprised by how relaxed I felt by the end of it! A truly relaxing experience, I would definitely recommend Tif to anyone who is looking for some healing via sound waves.

I've had several sessions with Tiffany, and I've enjoyed each time! She's very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I feel like the sessions put me into a deep meditation and I come out very relaxed. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for some alternative healing methods. It has helped with my anxiety immensely. I can't wait to go back!
