Fast and accommodating professional service. We have purchased and requested delivery of a wide range of their gravels and soils, and all have been exactly the quantity and quality promised. You cannot find a better aggregate supplier and hauler in the Thunder Bay region.

I gave Biloski a call, and what a great experience, compared to others I've had. They were amazing. Extremely pleasant on the phone, patient and listened to my questions with answers available at hand. They were prepared to bring the order to me ASAP. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule I had to organize a time frame with them, and Biloski was extremely accommodating. They phoned me to give me an hour's heads up - even rushed the order so as to avoid bad weather.

The driver was friendly, and although I was aware it is curbside drop-off, I was advised I could speak with the driver to see if they'd be comfortable getting the load closer to where I needed it. I asked (expecting to be shot down), but he put it right where I needed it.

The whole experience was great. I did end up paying slightly more than the "other guy", but I wasn't just paying for topsoil - I was paying for the customer service. I will be back if I ever have more needs.
