We bought a Simba 5000 from another Sleep Country location during Black Friday and decided it wasn't right for us, so went to this location to exchange. Carlos was very helpful in directing us to a replacement that we loved. When it came to discussing pricing, he insisted on making sure we still got a banging deal (in fact, we ended up paying less in the end). We're really appreciative of the great service and it's for this reason why I'll keep coming back to Sleep Country.

Carlos was very helpful and friendly. We didn't feel pressured to over spend our budget, but instead he helped us find a good mattress that was more affordable then the one we initially came in to look at.

Great sales and a very very polite employee who helped my wife and I. One thing that made me respect the worker is , he corrected himself when he saw my wife and called her a "He" and she is a woman. It was so respectful and sweet. Other than that we made a great purchase. Bed is so comfy and he made sure we followed Covid guidelines.
