Very friendly and helpful staff here. Lots of neat things to see and try out including mattresses and pillows and all the stuff for a bedroom, bathroom, and dining room etc. More selection than I expected. Recommend

I've actually never purchased anything from Linen Chest until Christmas 2020. I bought a Mongolian pillow on sale for under $50, which, in my opinion was a great deal. The online shopping experience was easy and there were a variety of colours to choose from. My pillow was ready within two days for pick-up. I drove up to the Stockyards location easily but trying to find where to park was difficult. If you're not from around there, it could be easy to end up on Weston Road. The girl that worked there easily guided me to park and was outside waiting for me when I arrived - very good customer service. Pillow is excellent quality and just as described. I definitely plan to visit in person once the pandemic is over.

I ordered 3 dinner sets online but only 2 were delivered. The staff at the Linen Chest were very helpful in explaining what was going on. An employee offered to call me when the order was being delivered and she followed through.

I noticed that one of the dishes delivered was broken. The staff took a dish from the display and replaced it without hesitation.

The staff were very helpful and attentive.
