Recently renovated building. I was impressed by how clean and modern it looks. I was expecting something dingier. Close to shopping and a ton of great little cafes and restaurants.

I’d definitely check out the building if I was looking to rent in the area.

Great community, Friendly people,feels like Canada. And ofcourse the mall & grocery everything’s near.
