Amazing purchasing experience! Henry and Mary are clearly committed to their product and promote it in a way that reflects this, without being at all pushy sellers. Henry spent over an hour showing me the bikes, explaining everything in detail, letting me try them out, making all kinds of adjustments to improve my ride, and was extremely personable throughout. In the end, he gave me a different set of handlebars and a more comfortable seat without charging extra, as well as better brake pads. I'm so glad I did the research and found Revelo. Caring, generous, patient and really pleasant customer service experience, something that is really rare these days.

Service was perfect, but I wanted to let you know that custom fees were quite expensives (almost same price as the bike) and I paid shipping costs too. Anyway I am very happy with my purchase and I’d buy it again. It is small but fast and I can take it with me anywhere.

Seville is a city with 180 km of bike line and good weather so it is perfect to ride with my revelo. There were people who have asked me about the bike. It would be perfect If it was easier to buy here, in Spain.

Great Bike! Really convenient for getting around the city and not having to lock my bike up at work. It's very lightweight yet sturdy to ride and folds/unfolds quickly. Gets a lot of attention from people admiring the bike :)
