Rack Attack Toronto

Ordered a hitch and rack over the phone. Super easy ordering process over the phone. Hitch arrived a week later and was able to schedule the install within a few days. Staff kind and knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with the workings of the rack before I left. Highly recommend

Rack Attack exceeded my expectations! The product I wanted was in stock, well priced and available for curbside pick up. The Toronto location has ample store parking, which is a huge perk. The staff were quick to help via telephone, and were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable...it was a pleasure to shop with the gang at Rack Attack Toronto.

I brought a Thule bicycle platform rack to the Toronto store because I did not have any keys for it. The staff were super friendly and they worked through looking for the appropriate key. When I came to pay, they wouldn't accept payment! Wow! I insisted and they insisted that it's on the house! Excellent service, thank you!

I had an appointment to install a rack and a cargo carrier.

They started work promptly, and called to get clarification on exactly how I wanted the set up.

Once installed I was given the run down of how it works. I bought an accessory which I ended up not needing and the return was quick and simple.

Overall I am very pleased with the level of service and would recommend.
