This is my first review. The buying experience and after service has blown me away. These guys know what customer service is all about. From when you enter the door you know there is something special about them. The honesty and comfort level, nevermind the great vehicles. Thank you Vic for going above and beyond my expectations, especially with the aftercare of my vehicle.

I hate car shopping and walking into a dealership, I always feel that I get taken advantage of. That was not the case at Dell fine cars. Vic jr was the easiest person to deal with. He met all my expectations on buying a pre owned vehicle. He knew more about the Mercedes S550 then the salesmen at Mercedes. If you want to buy a quality vehicle and have a great espresso, make sure you go to dell fine cars.

I just want to take the time to say Thank you to Vic and his father for one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had... went in to buy my son Andrew a beautiful 2009 Audi A3 which was in pristine condition for the year... these gentlemen are very genuine and honest... I’m usually very cautious about most dealerships but right off the bat felt at home with Dell... Thank you again guys for showing me there still is that old school buying experience where you can actually trust people and get value and service for your hard earned dollars. One of a kind dealership in GTA, very customer-friendly practices. Especially, in used car market one needs trust honesty & fairness - you'll find all of them at Dell Fine Cars. I wonder why the used car market is full of dealers out there with so much drama, gibber, deceit and unfriendly bad practices; Dell Fine Cars is NOT such one. You'll find Vic and his dad run this shop like how such a shop needs to be run. I'm so thankful that they exist and happy to have bought a car from them. Thank you!
