Barbara treated us extremely well, she walked us through every detail and was able to get the Bronco ready for pickup with only a 24 hour turn around. Jim spent loads of time showing us the features of the car we were interested in (Ford Escape Hybrid) and made sure that this was the right car for us. With the COVID-19 situation limiting face time, a lot of correspondence was done through email and Jim was always quick to respond, even in the evenings and on weekends. Superb experience, head and shoulders above the rest. THE place to buy a Ford. Would give 10 starts if I could!
