  I am going on three months with HourGlass at their YorkDale location and I am loving every minute of it. What other workout would make me EXCITED to get up at 5AM to have my arms whipped into shape by the fit and fabulous Judy, or TTC over after a long day at work to have Mrs. Rubylicious herself and the amazing Ahmah'kyah kick my butt into high gear.
  
  I love it, and it's totally worth the money. Nothing else has ever kept me so motivated, and the individual attention makes you feel like a rockstar (with perfect form) whether you are trying to shed a few pounds or just increase your strength and endurance. I look forward to every class, and sometimes I have to convince my sore body that no, I actually can't go to 17 classes in one week, even though I want to.
  
  Fun tidbit, I find myself asking myself "What Would Ruby Do" when making half of my meal choices nowadays. Hourglass gets in your head, in the best possible way! It's a game-changer.
