I have been to three other Ayurvedic doctors or massage places and Dr. Sonal's is by far the best in Toronto. She is knowledgable, compassionate and most importantly EFFECTIVE. I received traditional abayunga massage which resets the nervous system, as well as shirodara which was hugely relaxing and mind-clearing, and a nasya treatment which was super intense and hugely purifying. I had a consultation with her about my diet and it changed everything, my acne is gone. Her herbs are powerful and much better than what you can buy online or at banyan. Thank you so much Dr. Sonal!
