  Niren is a patient and knowledgeable teacher who is passionate about the fundamentals of yoga. The studio is well equipped with yoga props to assist students to complete their asanas properly if they are less physically mobile. I feel more confident attending Niren's classes compared to previous instructors as he provides explainations and demonstrations for every pose and ensures his students are practicing correctly in order to experience the full benefit of the postures.

  Although I am a new student of Iyengar YogAnanta I am already experiencing changes in my body and benefits from the practice.
  The practice lead by Niren Pandya is both inspiring and motivating and stems from his deep knowledge and passion of the art. I thoroughly enjoy his way of teaching, focused classes, open and friendly environment and attention directed to each student.

  Outstanding and the best way to experience it is to come and check it out for oneself. I wish I could give 10 stars as 5 seem to be too little. Highly recommended.

  Iyengar Yogananta is one of the finest, cosiest, most welcoming studios in Toronto with the beautiful setting and ambiance and most importantly the classes are out of the world experience. My first class with Niren was life changing. He teaches, inspires and motivates you, as he says, to make yoga your way of life and not just a day on your calendar.
  His passion, dedication and devotion to art of yoga and teaching and his constant generosity, support and care for all his students, one by one, is exceptional.

  A very pleasant, well equipped studio run by a very sincere teacher with tremendous experience who is committed to Guruji BKS Iyengar's methodology.
