I've always found the person behind the counter, no matter who it was, to be pleasant and friendly. I'm always greeted kindly, and even though I've only been a patron for about a year and only go once a month, they still recognize me by name, and impressively by phone number too. They have always taken great care of all the items I've brought in, and they've always been returned on time and in excellent condition. I continue to use North York Premium Dry Cleaners not because of the convenience of location, but because they offer great customer service and do a very good job.

I needed my white king size duvet to be cleaned and wasn’t sure what to do. They assessed it and recommended dry cleaning based on me explaining my previous washing machine fail. I didn’t know what to expect and was anxious to see how the blanket would turn out. I will say that they did an amazing job with getting rid of the discolouration and stain from my previous washing machine failure. Cost $39.99 plus tax (competitively priced) Great job! Will use their services again in the future!

I recently dry cleaned my winter down jacket and I was extremely happy with the service I got from North York's Premium Dry Cleaners. it was reasonably priced (40$ for long winter jacket) and was done in 3 days. The staff were friendly and so organized. I would use their service in future for sure and highly recommend it
