My experience with Steem Kleen was phenomenal. Jay (The Owner) was amazing through the whole process and his crew were promptly on time when they arrived at my home to clean my area rug carpet in my living room. The guys where clean, quick, proffessional and polite, while all working around the busy in-outs of my household. The designated carpets also had a beautiful smell eminating from them after Jay and his crew had finished the job. I am thrilled with Steam Kleen and would definetly reccommend them to anyone who is inquiring about Steam Kleen or rug/carpet steaming.

My furnace compression pump malfunctioned and flooded my basement - on a Saturday night of a Toronto snow storm. I looked for services that offer 24/7 water damage assistance, and found SteamKleen. The owner, Jay, answered my call and I was at my home an hour later with all of the materials he needed to solve the problem. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He made sure my basement carpet and underpadding was bone dry over the next few days. He was extremely diligent and did an exceptional job. Jay, the owner of Steam Kleen, is a highly professional businessman. He also has great attitude. He and his team have a deep understanding of carpet and rug cleaning. Jay was extremely professional and quick!! I texted the number on the website Sunday night and he came Monday morning! He did a wonderful job cleaning my mattress and carpets - the entire house smelled amazing. This service was mainly to get out a vomit odour on the mattress and it completely removed the odour and it left the mattress looking brand new. Highly recommend his services.
