Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Danforth

Chris was very professional and I felt like a million bucks after his massage. I've been having chronic neck and upper back pain which he helped with immensely. He even gave me some stretches to continue the healing process at home. The greeting staff were great and the facility was very clean. All necessary precautions were taken to keep everyone safe during covid (mask requirement, disinfectant available, etc.)

I have always had a great experience at this location. The rooms are quiet with soothing music. The massage therapists are very skilled. They listen to my complaints and help set a plan to treat them. My husband and I also like the simple membership plan and the hours work Very well for parents.

The staff are lovely - very welcoming. The place is very clean and warm. My complaint, I think, was that the massage is only 50 minutes, not an hour (it does mention a 'hands-on time' of 50 minutes, so while not clear, it was stated on the website). The first massage I had was excellent - but sadly, this massage therapist left. My second massage seemed to be from someone without a ton of experience and I had to speak up 3 or 4 times because it was painful (and I usually have a deep pressure massage). The initial part of this second massage was done by a hand-held machine, which I thought a) did very little and b) wasn't why I was there ( was there for a hands-on massage). Given that this city has a wide variety of RMT's, I can't see myself paying for a 50 minute massage when I can receive a 60 minute massage elsewhere.

My massage & my friends massage was amazing! They used the perfect pressure & focused where I was most sore & was super knowledgeable!
My facial was also amazing! My skin feels great after & she was super informative on the skin care line that they use (dermalogica)
They were super accommodating, I also noticed a lot of the reviews said the it was noisy or the rooms were loud, but I didn’t notice anything! I was so relaxed & comfortable the whole time!!

Based on my experience with spas all over the world , I can honestly say this is among top 3. Very professional, polite. Great therapist, I am impressed.
Just had my massage last Saturday, booked another one this coming Saturday. Keep it up??
