I’ve been Sam for haircuts for at least 30 years, first on Parliament Street, then to the Danforth. I’m told he’s not restarting after the quarantine and I know that THOUSANDS of people in Toronto will miss Sam Assenza. (Hope I spelled his surname correctly).
