One of the most popular recreational place for mental refreshment with fresh air, nature with lake shore. Sometimes fireworks event held over here. I really love this park because in different season it transforms into a different natural beauty. This place is good for meditation also.

What a wonderful place to enjoy the waves, good company, beach glassing, and if you are as lucky as we were in March - you can also see the highly skilled paraglider, as he glides and soars with grace and mastery of skill. It brought to mind the character Daedalus in Greek mythology. This is your place if daydreaming by the lake is on your list, but be mindful of the sun there, Icarus!

Have to walk 10 min to this beach from GreenP 790 lot. Came for the impressive view of the Bluffs and it didn't disappoint. Water was warm. Only a couple of other families camped out like me with their umbrellas, others are explorers who came in for the view and then left. Beach is not maintained by the city with garbage cans.

Small sandy beach but beautiful! Nice park/ picnic areas too. This is a little gem that doesn't feel like you're in the city. There are washrooms available and an ice cream truck that parks there. This beach is located to the right when you get in the park. There is also another larger beach if you take the left road that indicates "beach".
