I’ve NEVER purchased a vehicle over the Internet before without first seeing it in person, let alone four provinces away. However, this vehicle had all the bells & whistles along with color combo I’ve been searching for! Carlton made it happen! He took a deposit, said he’d hold it so I could think about it for a few days while they worked out the best financing options for me. I asked a MILLION and one questions (literally) Carlton was quick to answer all of them. He sent extra pictures & did a video tour of the SUV to ease my mind. I booked a plane ticket, packed my magnifying glass & fine tooth comb and set out. Carlton picked me up "First Class" from my hotel & brought me to the dealership. There, they let me look over the vehicle without any pressure sales tactics whatsoever. They had gone the extra mile to install winter tires mandatory for my long drive home over the Rockies. Everything was exactly how they said it was when I arrived. They even had my trip permit already in place and I was on the road in less than 30mins. Flawless experience! I also purchased a full warranty package from Carlton. He covered ever detail. If Car Enthusiast has the next car I’m looking for, I’ll be back! Thank you Carlton, you are the man! Carlton was a great guy and easy to deal with! Got a car i love at a great price. Would be a 5 star, but the car was practically on empty when i bought it, and had to pay $200 for my sticker for only 9 months. I would recommend anyone i know to go see Carlton.

The car I was interested in was an '07 Porsche 911, and because it is an older model it was imperative to me that its condition and low kilometres were truly "as advertised". To that end, Carlton allowed me to take the vehicle to a Porsche shop for a full inspection, and it checked out exactly as he promised it would: in excellent condition.

Even after our deal was done, Carlton continued to offer excellent service: he sent me information about service options for the car, and answered my questions about its operation.
