He didn't just try to sell me the car he made sure that i was happy with my options and went above and beyond in helping me choose the right vehicle that suited my daily needs. He even stayed late when we had to pick up the vehicle to ensure the hand off went smoothly. Couldn't be happier. Definitely going back to him once my lease is over!

The General Manager “Richard” is supportive and nice, the staff at the dealership are helpful as well specially Daniel who supported me with a nice offer! From sales, to finance I can say it is an amazingly smooth process and great customer satisfaction for sure, I would highly recommend all the staff/dealership to others in the future! It’s nice to know that great help does exist! Thank you to everyone at Volkswagen MidTown for all your help. I am looking forward to enjoying my Golf 2019 Highline.

Similarly Angus in Finance created a stress-free environment. Special thanks to Daniel, another sales associate, who entertained my kids with a ride in one of the higher-end vehicles, while I dealt with the paperwork. I left with the impression than everyone at Midtown cares about more than just making a sale, and want to deliver the best possible customer experience.
