I felt strongly, that I should share my experience with others or even potential customers. One of our windows had obviously had a broken seal, as there was moisture or a film between both panes of the glass. Just the other day my wife and I, had noticed that Better Windows & Doors Company were working on a house on our street replacing all of the windows.

I attended the residence where the work crew was in the process of removing/installing windows. I approached the site foremen who was eating lunch and I advised him of my predicament. Without hesitation, he sprung up and went through a stack of the old windows, in attempts to locate a window with the same dimensions as mine.

He found one, measured it and instead of giving it to me, he advised he would go with me and install it. I was pleasantly surprised, grateful because of his generosity and going above and beyond the call of customer service. He would not take any money and was so pleasant, and genuine! His act of kindness saved our family, having to buy a brand new window. He is a true asset to the company.

From the moment Barry came to our home to measure and provide a quote to the professionalism of the entire installation crew, we can't thank you enough for doing a fantastic job installing our windows most recently, and our doors in the past. From Anita & Kathleen in the office, to the sales and installation crews, everyone was great to deal with.
