But because of this, he felt that there was a defect in the motor and had it replaced under warranty that could have otherwise cost us a lot of money. Thanks Chris and Service 1st Heating and Cooling for your professionalism and straight up honesty. Would definitely recommend.

His knowledge and expertise was very much appreciated. If you are looking for an honest company that gives top tier service you won't find a better one than service 1st.

They have installed, maintained and did routine service for new furnace, new air conditioner, and looked after them for the life of the machines. Then they replaced the oldies for a new one.The service staff are superb, and have always responded quickly in emergency service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
