Worms I bought are happily eating through kitchen scraps in my compost bin

I am writing this review a bit late, but I bought worms from Mother Worms back in September 2022 and wanted to write a review for this awesome business! I purchased two 1/2 pound bags of red wigglers worms on the 25th and they were delivered by the 27th. The worms I purchased came healthy and safely packaged. The worms arrived with some bedding (what looked to be coconut husk), which prevented them from getting too knotted in their bags. I now have a large happy colony that is thriving and producing great compost, all thanks to Mother Worms. Great service overall! I am also very happy I was able to support a small Canadian business. I had an order take too long to arrive/traveled in too high a temperature and unfortunately not survive. I notified the company and quickly had a response and a new shipment sent with no extra charge. The new order arrived very quickly and in great shape. Excellent customer service. Happy with the product.

I placed my first worm order in the depths of winter and had to wait a few days for the weather to cooperate for safe shipping. (Thoroughly understood!) Once it was a go, the worms arrived quickly and were nice and toasty in their well insulated box. I added them to my new bin and there were a ton of wiggly, healthy worms in generous bedding. It's up to me now, but I trust my journey into vermicomposting is off with a bang. Thank you!
