I got in touch with head office and even though it was a Saturday, they were immediately responsive. Within a few days, the chairs (two are the same) were returned (by us), assembled at Hauser at no charge and ready to pick up. The furniture is just beautiful and I know it will stand up to many years of use. Thank you Hauser! I would highly recommend the company and its products.

They ran into a couple of logistical problems, but dealt with them in a super generous and friendly way. Incredible customer service. I would buy from them again in an instant
