We bought a wide seat power recliner and everything was perfect from the moment we ordered online, got the order confirmation and the notification of the pick-up time. Even they walked the extra mile when mistakenly a new employee told us we could pick it up until 9:00 pm. We drove all the way from Burlington and arrive around 7:00 to learn the warehouse just delivers until 5:00 pm. After explaining we were told something different and we were driving from that far, they were very kind to drive us to the warehouse and deliver the recliner. Again, we are really satisfied and looking for the next opportunity to buy something else from here.

Two sofas - perfect for our room - great help choosing the right model, fabric and colour - delivery staff was great too - they even shovelled our walkway. Super service all round!

I went to Snugglers looking for a blush pink coloured couch. Andrea helped me out and she was very informative and helpful. She gave me her email for any further questions and was very promt in responding. I ordered the couch which arrived within 4 weeks of ordering and everything went very smoothly, the delivery man was very nice. I am so happy with my purchase and will go back for other furniture in the future. So happy with the whole experience and end result.

I did a complete reno to an open-concept 2200 square foot dream home overlooking the lake. Quite a unique space, with no partitions between office, living room, TV area, kitchen and dining rooms. Colours were completely different from my previous home so I needed all new furniture. I found Snugglers through researching a chair and half by Trendline. They were very responsive and mentioned a sale going on at the time. Although it was a couple hours drive for me, I just felt confident they wanted to help me…and did they ever. Andrea at Snugglers worked with me tirelessly, based solely on a phone pic of the kitchen island stone colour (blues) I’d selected and a back-of-envelop pencil drawing of the layout. We went back and forth online and in person, about fabrics and colour schemes. Andrea is very professional and taught me just enough about design so that I could make creative & intelligent decisions. I got 2 sofas, 3 armchairs, a desk, 2 benches and stools from Snugglers, and everything is perfectly coordinated to my taste (that is, not too homogeneous, bright accents). Delivery went without a hitch and the guys were careful and professional, as well as personable. The furniture complements the peaceful lake view and that kitchen island. I highly recommend Andrea and Snugglers - high quality furniture and great furniture shopping experience.
