    Alejandro helped me with setting up my phone plan at Rogers! His service absolutely exceeded my expectations! We were absolutely delighted to work with him! His kindness, patience and overall ability to clearly explain my plan and answers to my questions was absolutely refreshing! This was certainly appreciated especially after a 4 hour disaster call with Telus’ customer services. Very very happy! Thanks again Alejandro!!

    The 2 people working there are super helpful and actually better than any experience I've ever had with Rogers. If they were running the company, they'd take over!

    Such a great experience at this location! Nav seemed to really to care that I was happy with my plan and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. He really knew his stuff and was incredibly patient with explaining the more complicated aspects of my contract. Thank you Nav! Very happy to be a Rogers customer today :)
