I had a wonderful experience from buying a new phone by trading in an old phone from 7 years ago(which they still gave me a generous amount ngl much more than my expectation). The service was GREAT!!! Jaycob assisted us!! He did such a great job and was super patient!! Loved that he explained everything in detail, even the "small letters" that other bigger companies don't bother explaining, he took his time to explain all those details!
They also had a great special and we were able to find a good plan within our budget and be able to afford high end phones.
Afo was also very nice!!
