We were on vacation with ebikes in Canada and had an accident, damaging the derailleur hanger. Both mechanics (Paul and Gino) were busy with other projects but dropped everything to help us. They did not have the part but Paul took the old hanger off, put it in a vice, and straightened it to get us home. You can't train this kind of service into people, they just have it naturally.
