Walked in because I had to do a factory restore on my iPhone and my Apple Watch wouldn’t sync. Sat with Eli and he worked with me and eventually got them to pair up again. I even told his Nicole to let him go home early for such and awesome job. Thank you and any additional lines, I will purchase through this store.

Eli and Naomi are incredible. Eli went above and beyond to take care of all of my needs, make changes to account and set up really easy. I was very comfortable and the store is neat and tidy. Will be coming here and recommending this store to others.

Although it was busy I browsed the phones and was helped after just a couple of minutes. Naomi was very personable and knowledgeable, I was having some billing problems and was exploring the idea of getting a new carrier. Naomi helped straighten out my billing through some wrangling on the phone and computer and got me a great deal on a IPhone X max, even lowering my monthly payments. She even got my Apple Watch to work properly as its own line. All of this took 20 minutes and she was friendly and focused on me the whole time (I learned later she is the store manager). The experience couldn’t have been better, I went in ready to change carriers and now I am a Verizon customer for life.
I went back about a month later to grab a better band for my watch and Naomi remembered me and wanted to make sure everything was working and reiterated that if I ever have a problem to drop in or call her.
One of the best sales experiences I have ever had surpassing all expectations.
