Once I arrived there my items were already at the counter. The service was quick and awesome! I needed gold balloons and no store in Tyler had them, but this store did. “Ghost town of once was, an esthetically wonderful and clean but not much to peruse and see. Macy's is a warehouse for a department store -sad really no one puts any love into the store. If Macy's became a fun shopping experience again like having The Cellar with culinary experiences, it might inspire the mall to become one entertainment and shopping island instead of a retail cemetery.”

“It's basically like every other mall. It has all the same stores, but with a less than appealing food court. I do really like their Dillard's though. They have a really great selection of professional clothing for women. The mall itself is always clean, actually fairly quiet, and the staff at all the stores are always very nice.”

“The Costa Verde Center is pretty convenient. I come here for tailoring services at Nick's Tailor Shop, for shoe repair and leatherwork at The Computerized Cobbler, watch repair at Robere's, waxing at Bare Elegance, and sometimes, a burger at Five Guys. It's nice to have everything together, and right across from the mall, so you can run a bunch of errands at once. Notes: the parking lot is often very, very full. Be really careful here because people will come tearing around corners in the lot without stopping. Also, there are a number of tables in front of the Five Guys and Starbucks which are often pretty dirty/messy. A bit unpleasant. But, overall, I love the convenience of a tailor and a cobbler literally in the same storefront, so I'll definitely keep coming here.”
