    My wife and I had lunch on the patio at The Bruce a week ago. The food was very good (enormous portions) and the service from our server, Joy, was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. The view from the patio is great. Prices were pretty reasonable, given the portions.

    Nice patio with a lovely lake view. Caribbean salad was flavourful, chicken quality and quantity was decent, and they allowed free modifications to switch ingredients. The server, Faith, was bubbly and the perfect amount of attentive. Great selection of drinks on tap and I very much enjoyed the dry cider.

    This was a delightful surprise. Old but clean, history at the door. Lovely view. Breakfast was delicious, portions large, prices reasonable. Staff very friendly. May try it for supper.
