(March 28, 2019, 1:04 am)Tonight I came in and the board had meatloaf special.
I love meatloaf and I know the special here is delicious.
A waitress took our drink order promptly but not our food order
All good.
Until a girl, I believe she was kitchen staff came and took meatloaf off the board as I watched.
I cried out "NO!!"
She came over and explained that's what happens when you make it fresh but that she would check in the back and see what she could convince the kitchen to scrape together.
She came back a few minutes later.
I got the last meatloaf.
And it was glorious.
Having worked in restaurants before I know what this took!!
Thank you for making my evening.
Also you were right I couldn't finish the meatloaf....lunch tomorrow!!
