Richies Family Restaurant

Your atypical family run small business gem. Right down to scowling but kindly patriarch who keeps one eye on the till and the other on his customers. Places like Richies are sadly disappearing from the urban landscape, for all the usual reasons. But, the good news is you can still get a fantastic toasted western with a side of fries sitting in a booth while an incredibly friendly waitress keeps the java-a-flowin. You owe it to yourself to do this if you're in London and you need to feel at home.

This restaurant is an institution in London - in the best possible way! It is open when many restaurants are closed, the service is excellent, and the food is very good. It's very popular but we always get a table.

A great family owned restaurant. Good service and food was good too. Had fish and chips here before they were good. Had breakfast this time and it was ok. Not my kind of restaurant but you might like it.

The food here is above-average, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. Everything here is very good, but nothing is truly exceptional. Nothing is bad either. The location, however, it's very convenient. It is also a regular place for many seniors who are in the area.
