Milestones

Went with a big group, had great baby back ribs. However they still haven't brought my Ginger ale and my cousin's teas. ????☕

Came here on October 12th at 530 ish . Very slow service. I Think they may have been short staff. When the food finally came my steak was lukewarm. I pointed it out to the manager that came by, he asked if I wanted it re heated which I declined because they would’ve stuck it in the microwave. He told me he would comp my whole meal because of the situation. Still the best steakhouse in Ottawa. Keep up the good work.

We booked a private room for my mother’s 100th birthday. It went perfectly. The food was absolutely perfect, though overshadowed by the very attentive and helpful staff. Well done and thank you.

Milestones has great food. There's really no question about that. But this franchise in particular has amazing service and a beautiful location. I've been several times in the last year and have always been impressed with the service. Come here in the afternoon to people watch on the patio or come in the evening for a beautiful and romantic night out.
