My go to shawarma spot, always so good

We have come here on multiple occasions and never been disappointed. We have tried the pita bread sandwiches, fattouch salad, falafel and the Baklava.

The vegetables here are very fresh and this makes a great start to a fattouch salad. The chicken is plump and juicy and compliments the salad quite nicely. Shawarma ARZ uses real beef and not Donair meat. I had added chicken on my fattouch salad with a few slices of beef. And the beef meat is lean, supple and tender. I think I’ll try the beef on my fattouch salad the next time.

The falafel is a very nice size and crispy on the outside and flavourful on the inside. I usually get one, as a side, because it is that tasty and falafel is one of my favourites.

After all of that delicious food, I did not have room for dessert yet bought a Baklava to bring home. I love their Baklava, as it has a hint of rose water and is not too wet or too sweet. It very much reminds me of the Baklava that my mother use to make.

The fattouch salad is refreshing for the Summertime and I do enjoy the pita wraps. I just have to be careful how many toppings I add because it can be quite filling.

The staff is friendly and smile at you, when you order. Your meal is ready in no time, as the staff work diligently to knock out quality food. They know what they are doing because ARZ has been in business for over twenty-six (26) years.

An added plus is that the food court brings in people from many walks of life. This delivers a certain interesting charm to the dining area, that also boasts a gorgeous central fireplace. A must visit the next time that you are in St. Laurent Shopping Centre.
