“Very cute spot! Prices were very reasonable. Sadly no live music while we were there. The chicken fingers (strip and dip) were super good. The drinks had so much ice it was actually almost impossible to drink without getting a mouthful of ice, so you may want to ask for no ice (or a straw). Good service.”

“Super cute little cafe, HUGE variety of beverages and a great selection of bites. The zucchini coconut muffin is LITERALLY the best muffin my Mom and I have had. We had one with breakfast and went back to buy another 5 to bring home with us. If you're hesitant to try them, give it a shot, you will not regret it. Friendly staff, good service, good food/drink, cozy atmosphere.”

“Great coffee and snack spot. Beautiful design and the food was amazing! We had the tuna melt and the corn beef sandwich and they were delicious! The service was super welcoming and friendly. These guys have a love for biking so the store also serves as a bike shop. I loved this place, phenomenal food!”

“If you're looking for an old fashioned ma and pa type restaurant, then this is the perfect place! The food is delicious and reasonably priced...a good bang for your buck. There's no shortage of tables as there's a back room too. The ladies that work there are long time staff and very friendly. Be prepared to go hungry as the servings are quite large and delicious!”

“I didn't have a reservation but I called them up to see if they could seat us. They told us to come over, managed to find a spot for us, and couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming. We loved the ambience, super cute place and really cozy decor. Loved the family atmosphere. The food was amazing, the charcuterie board is unreal, the service was fantastic. Absolutely loved our dining experience here, can't wait to come back and highly recommended to all.”

“Enjoyed our experience at Slickers. Lots of flavours to choose from, you can really taste the difference with small batch / home made ice cream. “Delicious. Group had the pickerel, and the pecan chicken. I had the chicken & tasted the pickerel. The pecan chicken was super tasty and tender, the crust & sauce added flavour and texture without being overpowering or too rich. I wanted to eat it slow to savour it, but it was just too good, so i devoured it. The pickerel was to die for. While the pecan chicken was delicious, the small taste i had of the pickerel made me almost wish id ordered it instead. But the pecan chicken was good, so no regrets - just more reason to visit again.”

“Stopped at the Angry Bird for a quick bite to eat. The restaurant was very busy and the wait staff was hopping. They were all pleasant and cheerful. My husband had a beef sandwich which he thoroughly enjoyed. Especially since it is a chicken place. I had the rooster wrap. Very good. The food was quick and served hot. The fries were amazing. Great value for the money. Definitely be back!”

We tried 5 different kinds and were not impressed (sulphur odour/taste, no body, etc.). Would probably not go back again.”

“Very picturesque and quaint restaurant in Prince Edward County. We came here for a family get together. We sat on their patio for some drinks, apps and lunch. The service was great, and the food was excellent! I had a steak sandwich. Everyone's food was exceptionally well-prepared, and delicious. The food was not priced to expensive, considering the quality. I would highly recommend this place to anyone reading this review. Very friendly staff and delicious food!”
