Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

There were 3 staff tonight...a young woman, a young man and a middle aged woman. When I received my medium sundae that looked more like a small I asked if I'd been given the right order as it looked smaller than I normally get at other DQ places. The older woman was rude condescending and belittling in her response and told me that I was getting over sized portions. I accepted it and said nothing else. She proceeded to go on and on about it with a colleague while I stood waiting for the rest of my order. I found that completely unacceptable and kind of rude. I had let it go and she should've too. Had she not stopped going on and on about it I would have set my sundae down and asked for a refund. Service sucked she was totally rude.

Great place to come for ice cream. Clean store great prices lots of variety. I just wish they would offer dairy free options.

Family always likes treats here! Most staff are courteous most of the time. My nephew's question about a meal was met with rude manner by an experienced staff member. Service is as important as the product for a pleasant outing.

Classic Dairy Queen ice cream. Some great choices are the dipped cone, the dilly bar, or a blizzard. This location can sometimes get busy on week nights in the summer as kids come after soccer games.

Quick, easy and kind service. I was just getting an ice cream cake purchased it, didn't ask any questions. They asked if I wanted to write anything on it (didn't know that was free). I declined and left :D
