“We visited later in the morning. Most of the tables were vacant but unusable because they hadn't been cleared. We ordered 2 of the classic breakfast with one half waffle side with syrup. The menu said the meal came with bacon or sausage, so we asked if they were sausage patties or links. One of us said I think I'll have bacon then and we were told it only comes with bacon. When the food was served the toast was dry and no butter or jam was included. The waffle was served without the syrup which we had to go to the counter and get. The waffle was good, slightly crispy on the outside but still fluffy inside. The scrambled eggs (they only way they were offered) were bland but cooked properly and were probably the premixed variety that are poured from a milk type carton. The 2 strips of bacon were dripping with grease. The potatoes were good and well seasoned.”

“Very busy location most staff have been polite and helpful but most of us could do without the one rude manager. I'm sorry for the negative remark but when I seen the one manager being very rude and ignorant to 3 people who are obviously homeless but the 3 people had not been causing a problem at all and they had not been bothering other customers. I had been at the restaurant for approximately a half hr and I noticed when the 3 homeless people arrived and entered the restaurant to order their food, yes all they got was 2 Jr burgers and 3 small fries and went to share 1 pop until another caring customer had approached them and handed them a bag of food and the 3 sat out front to eat and within 10 minutes the manager was at the door telling them to leave immediately that they can't hang around and they weren't even done eating yet and he was very rude to them for no reason at all. As they had not bothered anyone at all. As they left another caring customer told the manager that he is rude and heartless and that there was no reason to send them away n the manager remarked this is not a drop in center the customer then said they had bought food they have every right to finish their meal without ignorance from staff members and the manager then said if you have a problem you can call head office n returned to the back of the restaurant. Very rude but other then that manager the service was appreciated.”

“This is the best place for breakfast in Niagara Falls! The orange juice is fresh-squeezed on-site. The coffee is roasted and brewed perfectly. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable considering the location and what you get. Our server was friendly and attentive and gave us good suggestions to make our dining experience great. She made sure we had what we needed before we even had to ask. My wife recommends the Yogurt with granola and fruit. Everything is fresh and hand-made - nothing thrown together from a giant vat of misc. fruit. I had the french toast which came with three different compotes, Apple butter, Strawberry and fresh Peach. I usually just have syrup, but having so many different options really made our breakfast experience special.”
