“It was a rainy day, pretty cold as well. I was spending my first full day in Niagara Falls and Canada, and was all on my own. Soaking wet and a little lonely, I stumbled into Hi-Lite after passing by and deciding to try it out. Wow. I will never forget the hospitality, the amazing food, and the heartwarming experience I had there. The woman at the counter made me literally feel at home. She recommended a gravy turkey sandwich and fries to warm me up, and it was a meal I seriously can remember the taste of now, months later, and will never forget. I smile just thinking of the place. It crosses my mind often. I honestly hope that if you’re reading this and are close by, that you go eat there”

“We called in for a delivery order and the woman was very nice but a little bit difficult to understand. Be sure to speak clearly when ordering your food. We stayed in a nearby hotel and they delivered right to our hotel room which was great! They were average time for delivery and bring a card reader machine for you. Our hotel had their ad in the lobby and they have pretty good prices. We ordered two medium pizzas (each was allowed up to 4 toppings ), garlic bread, fries, and a Sprite. They forgot the drink even though I asked the delivery guy if it was in the bag. The garlic bread and fries were not that good and the pizza was okay. Both were a bit cold and tasted pretty stale. The sauce isn't very flavorful which kind of put me off. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't order again. They have very affordable prices though!”

All I have to say that this place got it name for a reason wow first time ever that the doe is actually a real doe . Ordered a tray well done and it came just like I wanted it cooked from the bottom and crusted from the ends very tasty. I gave it 4 stars because I live some distance from the pizzeria so I have to try it hot for the fifth star .”

“I've been eating here over 20 years now. Probably closer to 30 The food as always is delicious. They haven't changed their recipes ( the old adage if it ain't broke don't fix it ) The prices are fair. The dining room is not fancy. And the womens bathroom is interesting. Although it does not have the aesthetics of a high end restaurant its comfortable and laid back. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The take out area is through a separate door and when you watch what the staff does to get your order ready and the way you want it you will be more than happy to give them a tip. They deserve it. All I can say is Thank you for some 20 plus years of tasty food”

“This place was great. The food was wonderful and fresh. They weren't stingy with the food, they gave you plenty. And the way you order food was super organized; instead of telling the waiter/waitress what you want to order, everyone writes what they want on the paper they give you. That way there is no confusion, and it is very efficient. Food was delicious, six stars if I could!!”

“We stopped here out of the blue. Grab a quick bite. This was some really good Pizza. Even my 9yr old picky eater, loved it. VERY reasonable price. We picked up 3 times during our stay. “So neat and clean, fantastic service. I do have a wish: I wish that there were more than one towel rack in the room. (two queen beds were so comfortable). With four of us, it would have been really nice if there were more towel racks. so many positive things to say, great service. So friendly and helpful. the pool was clean and well maintained. The waterslides were so much fun; my kids had a blast. The room was comfortable and warm. Thank you for great memories!”

But I only gave it three stars due to the fact that the service wasn't great and it wasn't really fast food....more like line up for a long tine and wait for your food for a long time. Again I don't know if they were knew workers or not but we were not impressed with it . Plus it was a little dirty”

“Truly the best subs in the city. You can find good sandwiches at random spots all over but for a amazing selection of all sorts of subs this is the best place. They have so many options from bread, toppings, sides and drinks including gluten free, vegetarian and real fruit smoothies - real fruit! Just to make the food taste that much better the customer service is beyond lovely. Highly recommend, just go and have no regrets:)”

“This was a one of a kind experience. Because of the way they show pictures of everything and the all-you-can-eat style I tried many dishes I normally wouldn't have. The quality if some of the dishes were phenomenal as well. This was some of the best Thai spicy noodle and green curry I have ever had. “Service was good but food was mediocre. My steak was undercooked, rare rather than med rare but I was too hungry to bother sending it back. It was tough even though it was rare. Mashed potatoes were the best part, the grilled vegetables were flavourless and sad. Had a few apps (calamari, spinach dip and baked Brie) they were better than the mains. Overall, for the price it wasn’t worth it and I definitely wouldn’t eat there again.”
