“At 2am, I ordered through the app. The app said my food would be ready in 3 min. The vehicle in front of me was just over 7 minutes, then when I got to the window, they told me it would be a few more minutes. After an additional 3 minutes, I recieved my food, which was warm, but not hot. I frequent this location, because it is close to home, but service always seems to be slower here than other locations. However, as always, the order was perfect, and the food quality was great.”

“This place was okay. The potatoes were all of the place, cook wise. Some were under, some were perfect, some were way over. No consistency. As in other reviews, their eggs were on the smaller side but I don't think this was a real problem. They asked me how I would like my bacon, which I appreciated, and it came out perfectly. However, I didn't like the environment, as there were a lot of staff shouting instructions or questions at each other, sometimes directly behind me, which interrupted my meal. It took a long time for someone to come take our order as well. Probably wouldn't go back.”

“Great day of golf with friends. The greens are being repaired and you can see the location is in need of some love. However if you want an affordable day of golf and staff that are extremely friendly and helpful. This is the right spot. They had a hell of a deal on golf and a 3 course meal for $39. You seriously can't beat that. The 9th hole shoots right to the clubhouse so if your not that great (like me). Be careful!!! Not to much water to lose your balls in and I can say overall a fun enjoyable course to spend the day.”

We shard the arugula pear salad, homemade sausage and the Mafalde. Dessert was the chocolate cake w/raspberry sauce. Amazing, although the cake could have used more raspberry sauce. “I visit Niagara Falls biweekly or so, and every time I'm in town I go to John's. My SO and I sometimes just just get the pie. Its fresh and delicious. We stand out a bit, but we feel very comfortable here and the staff is always friendly. Right now, we're eating rhubarb pie. 10/10 would recommend ????”

“Nice cozy spot for affordable and delicious pancakes accompanied with good service. However the initial greeting - or lack thereof- when entering the restaurant was off-putting. The clearly inattentive young man (most likely the owner's son) ignored us both upon entrance and while settling the bill. He didn't even bother to look at our faces when telling us to have "a good day". Definitely will not be returning to this restaurant ????????♂️”

“Upon arrival our table was not ready for our group of ten. They quickly let us rearrange some tables sobwe could all sit together. We ordered drinks which came quick and cold. The apps (spinach dip, cauliflower wings, and coconut shrimp) came quick and were quite tasty. Our meals came out hot and quick. The only complaint I heard was the fish batter was a little bland. Overall good experience.”

It is a Japanese restaurant that also has sushi. The beers were mostly Japanese and some north American types. Easy parking on street and parking lot beside building. Comfortable chairs as we were there for two hours eating and socializing. Reservations are required.”

“I wouldn't choose this Subway unless I was pressed for time... the owner couple are cheapskates! They give you the exact amount of veggies and when I asked for extra olives, the guy seemed unhappy and only gave me slightly more than the minimum. I also asked for all the vegetables... and he didn't include spinach. Lastly, I noticed that he didn't give me the paper that they make the sandwiches on. Why? Because he wanted to reuse it for the next customer, I assume! I've never been to a Subway that didn't include that piece of paper...”

“Very busy location most staff have been polite and helpful but most of us could do without the one rude manager. I'm sorry for the negative remark but when I seen the one manager being very rude and ignorant to 3 people who are obviously homeless but the 3 people had not been causing a problem at all and they had not been bothering other customers. I had been at the restaurant for approximately a half hr and I noticed when the 3 homeless people arrived and entered the restaurant to order their food, yes all they got was 2 Jr burgers and 3 small fries and went to share 1 pop until another caring customer had approached them and handed them a bag of food and the 3 sat out front to eat and within 10 minutes the manager was at the door telling them to leave immediately that they can't hang around and they weren't even done eating yet and he was very rude to them for no reason at all. As they had not bothered anyone at all. As they left another caring customer told the manager that he is rude and heartless and that there was no reason to send them away n the manager remarked this is not a drop in center the customer then said they had bought food they have every right to finish their meal without ignorance from staff members and the manager then said if you have a problem you can call head office n returned to the back of the restaurant. Very rude but other then that manager the service was appreciated.”

“Delicious coffee, fair trade too I might add. The server is amazingly talented to handle everything all on her own the way she did. The bacon was crispy, salty and so yummy. The toast was homemade bread like my mom makes. The sausage was different in the best kind of way, I loved it. I will be coming back here anytime I visit Niagara falls in the future. Best breakfast I've had in Niagara falls since I last visited Cippys Place, another Niagara hidden gem.”
