Very reasonable price, excellent lunch specials

I stayed in Guangzhou for four years. I can’t remember how many times I ate shredded chicken. But almost none of them could compare to the one in this small restaurant. Best chicken in town. Hands down. I think it’s fair to call it “chicken king”.

Over a decade been in business, same location, same owner.
Service from noon till 8pm. Generally take out, has a few seats in you like to eat in.

Restaurant special hand rip Chicken was originally baked in a heap of hot salt, nowadays cooking the whole chicken, Cool it down, then rip and peel the chicken by hand and wait for serving, when time to service then mix it with a kind of ginger powder, salt,cooked oil and sesame etc...it is crystal clear and distributed with light salty tastes . The meat is delicate, the oil is moderate, and the juice is delicious. The chewing is neither greasy nor hard. , and with a rich flavour, Compared with ordinary chicken food, the hand rip chicken is relatively dry and relatively mild in nature, suitable for everyone to enjoy . Btw, watch out the bones.

Best yet one of the home make alike is the combo serve with a unique combination of chewable steam rice, tender chicken and freshly boiling juicy verges, with a bow of slow cook house soup.

Boneless chicken, taste is excellent just enough salt, free range chicken. Every time I am in the area I have to get some for myself and great gift for my foodie friends.

I lived in the area for so long but never had a chance to walk in until today. Hands down one of the best salted baked boneless chicken you can ask for in town. The seasoning was on point. The meat quality is firm on the outside but soft on the inside. And I have to mention the staffs here are super friendly!!! Just come. You won't be disappointed. But call in ahead during lunch time because they are super busy
