Good food and reasonable price, but terrible customer experience there. To be specific, my disappointment comes from: there is no special server responsible for one table, so we have either NO people serve us water, or we have to answer the same question like 'Do you want to add something' at least 3 times to 3 different servers who walk pass us within 5 MINS. This is really annoying!

Nice AYCE hotpot place. Cook at tour own table with the selection of big pot sharing, or smaller indivisible pots. Not the cheapest but they have wide varieties for food and sauce. The soup base is extra on top of the base price. The food are fresh and neatly prepared. However the dessert selections are bit limited.

Love this hot pot place! Good quality food. I normally get a non spicy soup base cause I don’t prefer to have my tastebuds numb for my whole dinner. Highly recommend their homemade cuttle fish paste ! So delicious. Only takes reservations for parties of 5 or more and usually has a wait time around dinner.

Second time coming here from last year. Service is still on point - water refill, soup refill, waitress shows up while you're looking at the menu.

Would recommend non-spicy based soup as another person mentioned that the spice overwhelms the taste quite a bit. Small soup is recommended. Overall a great experience. Avg $35/person

All you can eat hot pot. Self serve food on skewers. Majority of the beef comes pre spiced. Selection of beef, pork, chicken, seafood and vegetables. Beer is available by pitcher as well as regular selection of domestic and imported bottles. Expect to pay $35-50+ depending on soup base, drinks and tip.
